Before

Prior to LeasePilot, our department experienced numerous redundancies and inefficient use of time in the lease draft process. The insertion of correct entity information, signature blocks, and property specific items had to be done manually for each new deal.

Manual drafting also resulted in potential inconsistencies across our regions and increased the risk of drafting errors, typos, and incorrect information in certain situations.

After

LeasePilot has proven to save our department a great deal of time in drafting leases, amendments, license agreements and other lease related documents. We no longer have to insert shopping center specific information into our leases and amendments, as LeasePilot automates that process (including state specific lease language).

LeasePilot ensures that the rent amounts inserted into our documents are correct based on EDENS' internal accounting methods. A simple list of controls allows for deal-specific items (CAM caps, Tenant Improvement Allowance provisions, options) to flow into the document without having to go into a separate language bank.
