Every administrative action in LeasePilot is recorded here — user changes, building assignments, password resets, anything an admin can do. When a question comes up ("Who deleted that user?" "Did someone reassign a partner's buildings yesterday?"), this is where you answer it without having to ask anyone.
01What you can do from this screen
- Read the timeline — each row captures one action: when it happened, who did it, what it was, and a short detail. The list is chronological and paginates as it grows.
- Filter by column (funnel icon) — narrow the list by time range, user, or event type. Combine filters to zoom in on a specific slice — every building assignment change in the last week, for example.
- Expand a row (chevron) — when an event has more detail than fits inline, the chevron opens it. A Building unassigned from partner row, for example, expands to list every property that came off that partner's assignment.
- Switch time zones (top right) — view timestamps in your team's time zone instead of the system default. Useful for compliance reports and for teams that span regions.
NoteDetail depth varies. Simple events (a password reset, a user deactivation) fit on one line and show everything inline. Complex events (a sweep of building assignments) get a chevron — click it to see the full list.
The events here are the administrative actions performed across user management and partners. If you spot something you didn't expect, those are the screens where it happened — the trail tells you who and when.
