Every draft can be downloaded as a Word document straight from the editor — whatever you see on screen is what you get in the file, formatting and all. Open the ⋯ (more) menu in the top-right of the editor and choose Download.
01What you get
A Word (.docx) file. The filename is configured during setup to match how your team already files leases — combining fields like the building, tenant, document type, version, amendment number, and status in whatever order and format fits your filing system — so downloads drop into your existing structure without manual renaming.
02Subdocuments download separately
Pieces like the Legal Description, Site Plan, Construction Exhibit, and Rules and Regulations have their own Word downloads from the same menu. See Download a subdocument for when and why to pull them out individually.
