# Navigate the dashboard

The dashboard lists every document you've ever drafted in LeasePilot. It's where you find a deal, move it through its lifecycle, and start new ones.

## 01What you can do from this screen

-   **Filter and sort** — narrow the list by Tenant, Asset, Type, Owner, Created Date, or Status using the left rail. Click any column header to sort. The list paginates as it grows.
-   **Change status** — click the status on a row to move it from **Initial Draft** to **In Negotiation** to **Final Draft**. It's a label for the team, not a gate.
-   **Reassign owner** — click the owner on a row to hand the document to someone else. It moves to their queue immediately.
-   **Open, archive, or share a row** — hover a row for three actions. **Open** picks up where you left off. **Archive** moves it off the active list (still searchable). **Share** opens a Share by Mail dialog with a saved template, recipient, message, and an optional **Attach Comparison** redline.
-   **Toolbar actions** (top right) — **Archive** opens the archive of moved documents. **Download Blank Form** pulls a clean Word copy of one of your forms. **Create New Document** (+) starts a new draft from a Document Type, Templates Version, Asset, and Tenant — or **Import** to start from CRM deal terms.
