Settings is where you manage your own account — your details, your password, and the second factor that keeps your sign-in secure. Everything here is personal to you; firm-wide controls live in the admin area.
01What you can do from this screen
- Personal Information — update your first name, last name, and the email you sign in with. Click Save Changes to apply.
- Password — set a new password. The requirements check off as you type — at least 8 characters, mixed case, a number, a special character — and Save Changes stays disabled until all four pass.
- Two-Factor Authentication — turn 2FA on or off. With it on, signing in requires both your password and a one-time code from your authenticator app.
NoteTurn on 2FA. It's a one-minute setup that keeps a stolen password from being enough to sign in if it ever leaks.
This screen is just your account. To change roles, add or remove users, or set up SSO for the firm, head to user management or SSO setup.
