Take Flight with the Single-form Pilot Program
About the Program
For prospective customers that want to try LeasePilot with their own language library and lease form, we offer a 90-day paid pilot program. During the 90-day pilot, you’ll be able to use LeasePilot to draft and revise real leases for your assets.
The implementation process for a single-form pilot is identical to a regular implementation and you may include up to 50 assets. The only difference between a Single-form Pilot implementation and a regular implementation is that you are limited to one lease form. The process our Customer Success team follows for your Single-form Pilot is exactly the same as a regular Implementation and can take between 8 and 10 weeks. Because of the time investment required, we require a one-time non-refundable implementation fee of $15,000.
Pilot participants will also be required to pay an annual license deposit of $49,000 before access to the software can be granted. Should you decide not to continue with LeasePilot after the 90-day pilot, your deposit will be refunded in full.
How it Works
Step 1
Portfolio analysis
We work with you to identify a subset of your portfolio that will be part of this program. The portion of the portfolio identified should be specific to either office, retail or industrial. This portfolio can be up to 50 assets and is limited to 100 transactions.
Step 2
Picking your team
You’ll select a primary Implementation Lead from your legal team that is permitted to make lease language decisions on behalf of the company. The Implementation Lead will then specify additional internal users. These can include in-house counsel, outside counsel, paralegals, lease admins, etc.
Step 3
Form Selection
Our in-house team of real estate lawyers and paralegals will work with your Implementation Lead select the base form that will be used in the pilot.
Step 4
Implementation
Over the course of 8-12 weeks, you’ll work with a designated LeasePilot implementation specialist who will be your main point of contact for your project. Learn more about the Implementation process here.
Step 5
Test drive
Once you’ve completed implementation, you will have a 90 day opt out option. If you end up opting out, any license fee payments will be refunded. The implementation fee for the one form will not be refunded.
