Why did Lewis adopt LeasePilot?
We wanted to streamline updating our lease template and spend less time scrambling for certain legal language. LeasePilot provided a central stop where we could grab all the language we liked for each one of our tenants.

LeasePilot has increased our turnaround time and provided consistency throughout leases. It has also allowed us to combine all of our documents into one complete set which has created more efficiency. I am no longer pulling outdated versions of leases or using the wrong documents.
